This policy explains what information One Stop Trucking collects when you use our website and services, including our integration with QuickBooks Online, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we only access the QuickBooks Online data needed to run the features you turn on. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and you can disconnect QuickBooks and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1Who we are

"One Stop Trucking", "we", "us" and "our" refer to [legal entity name, e.g. One Stop Trucking Pvt. Ltd.], with its registered office at [full registered address, Ludhiana, Punjab, India]. We operate the website onestoptrucking.in and the related trucking management, dispatch and accounting services (together, the "Services").

2Scope

This policy applies to information we process when you visit our website, create an account, contact us, or connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online to the Services. It does not cover the practices of Intuit Inc. or any other third party, whose own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

3Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details such as your name, company name, email address, phone number and password.
  • Business and operational records you enter, such as loads, trips, customers, drivers, vehicles, rates, invoices and expenses.
  • Messages you send us for support or sales enquiries.
  • Billing details if you subscribe to a paid plan. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

4QuickBooks Online data

Our Services can connect to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API. You start the connection yourself by clicking "Connect to QuickBooks" and signing in on Intuit's own secure page.

How the connection works

  • We use Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorisation. We never see or store your Intuit username or password.
  • Intuit gives us access tokens limited to the permissions you approve (the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope). We store these tokens encrypted.
  • The connection stays active until you disconnect it from our Services, from your Intuit account under "Apps", or until the tokens expire.

  • Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule of up to [90] days.

Deleting data in our Services does not delete records already written to your QuickBooks Online company. You control those in QuickBooks.
